2025 Women’s State Bowls Carnival

The Women’s State Carnival will return to the Manning Great Lakes Region from 5-9 May 2025! This annual event is played in teams of four and is open to all female bowlers from anywhere in Australia. With three days of guaranteed play for participants, the State Carnival is a festival of bowls like no other! The Women’s State Carnival will be held from 5 – 9 May 2025, with sectional play to be held across the following venues: Forster Bowling Club – Main Host and Sectional Venue Hallidays Sports Club – Sectional Venue Pacific Palms Bowling Club – Sectional Venue Club West Taree – Sectional Venue Taree Leagues Bowling Club – Sectional Venue Tuncurry Forster Sports Bowling Club – Sectional Venue Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club – Sectional Venue Old Bar Bowling Club – Sectional Venue All post-sectional rounds will be played at Forster Bowling Club on Thursday 8th & Friday 9th May. Players compete in fours teams. The event is open to all female bowlers from anywhere in Australia with no requirement for players to belong to the same club. Every team competes in sectional play over the first three days, with each day of play taking place at a different venue. Post-sectional knockout rounds take place over the final two days at Forster Bowling Club. Entries will open on Tuesday, 5th November, with a fee of $160 per team.

Hallidays Point Cars and Coffee

This is a monthly event held on the last Sunday of each month. So once again shine up those cars and bikes, all are welcome. Again we will have a trophy and voucher for best in show, voucher for runner up. We will be adding a trophy for best bike also. Don’t forget great food and coffee on-site. Let’s make this one even bigger! Hope to see you all there, don’t forget it’s in the main carpark again🙂
