Sneaky Sound System at The Recky

Events

Get ready to dance the night away when one of Australia’s most iconic electronic acts hits The Recky.

Forster-Tuncurry is about to turn up the volume. Sneaky Sound System is coming to The Recky, bringing their infectious beats, powerhouse vocals and party-starting anthems to the coast.

Whether you’ve been following them since their early days or discovered them more recently, this is your chance to experience one of Australia’s most enduring live electronic acts right here in Forster.

From Chart-Toppers to Dancefloor Favourites

It all began in 2004 when Connie Mitchell and producer/DJ Angus McDonald joined forces to create something special. What started with a series of singles soon evolved into their self-titled debut album in 2006 — a record that went 3× platinum and launched a string of unforgettable hits.

You’ll know the songs: UFO. Pictures. I Love It.

Their debut success saw Sneaky Sound System take home ARIA Awards for Breakthrough Artist and Best Dance Release, with the band going on to receive 14 ARIA nominations throughout their career.

And they’re far from slowing down.

Still Making People Dance

Sneaky Sound System has built a reputation for spectacular live shows, performing to sold-out crowds across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

From Meredith Music Festival to Ministry of Sound Classical and Snow Machine, they’ve proven time and again that their music belongs in front of a crowd.

Their newer tracks sit comfortably alongside the classics, keeping long-time fans happy while bringing a whole new generation onto the dancefloor.

In other words: expect the party to start early and finish late.
