Beautifully renovated with Tasmanian Oak vinyl planks through the entire living areas and bedrooms. The ensuite, main bathroom and separate toilet have all been fully renovated and look stunning.
Take in the magnificent ocean views from inside and outside of the house of both One Mile and Tuncurry beaches. One of the leading holiday homes Forster has to offer, it accommodates guests comfortably with 4 bedrooms, 2 separate large lounge/TV rooms plus a large dining area for enjoying some home cooking or local takeaway.
The house has 3 different levels, downstairs has a two car garage on one side and the other side is a large separate bedroom with ensuite and TV area, 2nd level has 3 bedrooms, ensuite, main bathroom and toilet as well as the laundry and the upper level has the kitchen and 2 very large separate living rooms one which opens up onto the deck with views of the One Mile Beach and Tuncurry.
YOU WILL LOVE
• Basking in the sun on the deck and making the most of the ocean view and watching the whales on One Mile Beach (during the months of June to November). The Humpback Whales are the most inquisitive and acrobatic of all the great whales. They love to leap out of the water, smash their huge tails and pectoral fins against the surface.

THE LOCATION
Forster is the jewel of the NSW north coast and the beating heart of the great lakes.
Drive over the bridge to Forster and you will instantly see why people love coming back. Nestled between Wallis Lake and the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by National and Marine Parks.
Within the town there is mainstream and boutique shopping, a wide variety of experiences and activities and crystal clear water everywhere. Spend the day at One Mile Beach or Main Beach for the surf or go to Wallis Lake for some fishing, paddle boarding or relax on the sandbar.

Master Bedroom – Large room offering a comfortable queen size bed and its own newly renovated ensuite with built in wardrobes

Bedroom 3 - Offers a spacious room featuring 2 sets of single bunk beds and built in wardrobe
Bedroom 4 - Located downstairs this is a very large room, light filled with two sets of tri-bunks, a TV area, private bathroom and kitchenette with a bar fridge and sink.
BATHROOMS The main bathroom features a large shower, vanity and separate toilet. The master bedroom features an ensuite with large shower, vanity and toilet. The downstairs bathroom also features a shower vanity and toilet.
LIVING You will be spoilt for choice with two living areas; upstairs features both a lounge and dining room, have dinner or drinks while looking out to the view of One Mile Beach or watch TV in this room while the kids are watching TV in the other living room which opens onto the kitchen with a small dining table to have your morning coffee or breakfast at. All of the family can enjoy the bliss of having two living areas.
KITCHEN The Kitchen features a dishwasher, stove, oven, grill, fridge/freezer, sandwich press, microwave, toaster, kettle and every cooking utensil you would need to cook up a storm. There is a large BBQ outside as well.
OUTDOORS Enjoy the full breath of the outdoor lifestyle; start with breakfast on the deck watching the sun rise. Take in the lifestyle with an enclosed back yard - the perfect back drop to create family memories.

THINGS TO KNOW Guests to provide their own linen (pillows and doonas supplied) a bond of $1000 applies to all bookings. To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.. Our home sleeps a MAXIMUM of 12 guests. Please be mindful and respectful of this when you book.
