This unit was everything as described and a little bit more. The unit was very clean and well presented, kitchen well stocked with cutlery, utensils etc with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom even had a little night light which i thought was a nice touch for a holiday rental and both bedrooms with ceiling fans were great. The only thing i thought could do with improvement was updating the carpets in each bedroom and the exhaust fan to be working in the bathroom. Aside from that i would definitely recommend to others and would happily stay there again.

Our family of 4 stayed at El Sandi 3 over the 1st week of the October school Holidays. On first arrival of the property we found the lock up garage with auto door to be to small (length) to fit my Ute however with 2 spaces next to the garage this wasn't a problem. Gave us lock up space to store beach and fishing gear while not in use. The 2 BR apartment is located on the 1st floor providing easy access. The lay out was great and the living area very spacious. The main (Queen) bed was very comfortable which provided a weeks worth of good night sleeps. We didn't hear any complaints from the 2 kids about the the 2 (Single) beds in the 2nd BR. Plenty of cupboard space in both rooms for hanging and folded clothes. The bathroom was also quite large and very clean. Single sink, huge mirror, shower and toilet. Only point to mention was that the water pressure in the shower was so high, the hot water tank empties quite quickly after a couple of showers. But knowing this after the 2nd day we monitored the kids showers and made sure they weren't opening the taps to far. Felt like an amazon waterfall was coming out of the shower rose when turned up. Lovely, but a water restrictor in the shower head wouldn't go astray. Hot water heater under the kitchen bench heated back up quickly though. Thank goodness. The kitchen was fantastic. I have never stayed at a property so well stocked of pans, pots, cutlery, serving bowls, platters, cooking utensils, chopping boards, plates, bowls and glasses. There was nothing missing or that we needed and didn't have. The kitchen was very functional and new. Stone counter top, new oven (from the look of it I think we were the 1st to use it), ceramic cooktop, large clean fridge, new kettle and toaster. Was really enjoyable to be in. It was like being at home in your own kitchen. Different, but not a burden. The dining and lounge area was spacious and neat and tidy with the addition of the breakfast bar and stools the re was plenty of eating space. Plenty of lounge space. The verandah area was very large for a unit verandah. We have stayed at another property overlooking Main Beach and this deck was double the size. Comfortably seat 6-8 adults out there. The sun floods in to the living area of a morning however is in shade from 11am onwards due to the rest of the building. Laundry room in the unit was decent with standard deep sink, top load washer and overhead dryer. The unit was lovely to stay in and looks to have been somewhat recently done up. All new windows throughout, kitchen, kitchen appliances and paint. The only part of the unit that showed considerable wear was the carpets in the 2 bedrooms. Even the bathroom vanity was dated but in exceptional condition. Would we stay there again? Yes. Was a lovely unit. Clean, neat and tidy.

Great location and view, basic unit with all that was needed. Great value. The only downside was it smelled musty and as if someone had smoked inside when we first arrived and the kitchen cupboards also smelled musty and it is a bit outdated. We bought an air freshener which helped a bit. All other parts of the unit were great. Would stay there again.

Lovely clean unit, beds very comfortable. Very well laid out with plenty of room to move around & everything that one needed in the cupboards. Very quite block.
