The elevated position of Aqua Palm in Palm Road makes the most of the views, yet places you only a 600 meter walk from your front door to the golden beach sands and patrolled waters of One Mile.
On the upper level, at the heart of this family home, is the spacious open plan living and dining area. Large glass sliding doors open onto the ocean view balcony filling the area with fresh coastal air. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight to cook in, even the washing up is made a joy by the wonderful view (or just use the dishwasher).
The master suite with access to the ocean balcony features a comfortable queen bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom two with queen bed and bedroom three with bunk bed and trundle adjoin the family bathroom.
On the lower level is the fourth bedroom, a perfect area for the young or young at heart with two sets of tri-bunk beds, living area with TV and DVD and bathroom. Linen is not supplied but can be hired for your stay
Perfect for children and fur babies is the enclosed back yard with lush lawn and 6 burner BBQ. The laundry comes equipped with an additional fridge, washing machine and dryer. There is a convenient outdoor shower to wash off those sandy feet after a dip in the ocean.
Whilst this property does allow you to bring along a pet, all animals must be kept outdoors at all times. Please respect these rules as your pets may inadvertently cause damages and leave lingering smells that are intrusive to other guests, as well as possibly incur charges for the extra cleaning required.
A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.
