Renovated three bedroom villa, Located within walking distance to Tuncurry's shops, Cafes and restaurants, 1.6 km to beach access or enjoy a dip at Tuncurry rock pool 1.3km away.

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, the second and third room both with two single. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes.
Enjoy relaxing in the air conditioned living area with a smart tv and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave for all your cooking needs. The dining area has access to a small covered patio. Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

There is a single garage and plenty of street parking available.

Linen is not supplied but can be hired for your stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property in January 2022 and absolutely loved it. The property has a lovely coastal vibe and presented immaculately on arrival. It was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. What we loved most of all, was the convenience of location. Everything seemed to be a short walk or drive away. The Rock Pool, Break-walls, 9 Mile Beach and Wallis Lake were all in walking distance, as was Woolworths and the local shops. We highly recommend. It's a gem!
