The modern main bathroom has a flat easy access to the shower and there is a second toilet room. With a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a laundry, you will have the comforts of home, or just head into the nearby town centre for restaurants, cafes and botique shopping, or a few minutes drive away the other direction for the Stockland shopping centre.
The private outdoor courtyard has table and chairs to unwind in the sun and a bbq to cook up some great meals together on. The villa has no steps, wide doorways and one of the bedrooms has a guerney bed to make it easier to get in and out of.
Parking is available in the driveway.
