The property is located on Wharf Rd which is a small road and very quite, with no passing traffic, yet 10 minutes drive to all that this beautiful area has on offer; beaches, lake, cafes, shops, restaurants, walks, boating, fishing…… Restricted carport parking available.

Fabulous property, much better than the pictures, best spot in Green point. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Amazing views from most windows and the two balconies. This house is on 3 levels, so there are lots of stairs. Quality furnishings and appliances, and well stocked with general items. Clean, mostly well maintained. Beds are good though some of the pillows need replacing (a bit flat), Lots of heating and cooling options, but no internet is provided. Abundant wildlife, kookaburras, parrots, and magpies who want to share your breakfast, plus we saw a pod of dolphins just outside the kitchen window. We loved this place and would happily return.
