Smoking is not permitted in this house, no pets and strictly no party policy applies. Single lock up garage and a wharf to tie up your boat. The properties boat ramp is not available for use.
Linen is supplied for your stay, you only need to bring your beach towels. External facing perimeter security cameras have been installed for the properties security.
In utilising the boat slip (please launch your boat at Tuncurry Boat ramp, Point Road, Tuncurry and drive your boat around to tie it up on the mooring at the property. Your boat trailer can be stored on the road directly in front of the house in the quiet street, plenty of room. A map has been provided in the photos to navigate you through the deeper waters to the property.
A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.
