This house has a good size living area and kitchen. Both open to the deck providing indoor and outdoor eating options. The sleeping area has 2 queen bedrooms (including ensuites). Two rooms with 2 singles beds in each, main bathroom and reading nook. Additional bathroom and extra room downstairs. Most rooms have ceiling fans. Sleeps 8 maximum.
There is a large screen TV and 2 split system air conditioning units. The kitchen has an electric cooktop (no oven), microwave and breakfast bar. Brand new BBQ on the deck. Rear paved backyard. Double garage plus side access for additional car and boat. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
All new furniture including new dining table, outdoor furniture, lounges/sofas and new beds! Outdoor shower which is great to freshen up after an ocean swim.
Yes, this property is dog friendly! Well behaved dogs are welcome. One Mile Beach is dog friendly with an off-leash area at certain times. Your dog will be safe in the enclosed rear courtyard.

Whilst this property does allow you to bring along a pet, all animals must be kept outdoors at all times. Please respect these rules as your pets may inadvertently cause damages and leave lingering smells that are intrusive to other guests, as well as possibly incur charges for the extra cleaning required.
